Slow Cooker Honey BBQ Ribs

These Slow Cooker Honey BBQ Ribs couldn't be easier! Baby back ribs are seasoned with a smoky dry rub, covered in honey BBQ sauce, and cooked in the Crockpot until they're incredibly tender and falling off the bone.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 7 hours
Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • Kinder's Woodfired Blend seasoning (enough to generously season both sides)
  • 1 18 oz bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce

Equipment

  • 1 Slow cooker

Method

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if needed, then pat the ribs dry.
  2. Generously season both sides of the ribs with Kinder's Woodfired Blend, rubbing the seasoning into the meat.
  3. Place the ribs into the slow cooker, arranging the racks in a circle around the inside of the Crockpot.
  4. Pour the entire bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce over the ribs, making sure the sauce covers them well.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for approximately 7 hours.
  6. Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker. They should be extremely tender and falling off the bone, so you may need a large spatula along with tongs to get them out.
  7. Spoon some of the sauce from the slow cooker over the ribs before serving, if desired.
