Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Loosely line the air fryer basket with foil if desired for easier cleanup.
- Add chicken and broccoli to the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 9–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
- While everything cooks, stir together melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the garlic butter sauce before serving.
- Serve immediately on its own, over rice, or with potatoes.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the basket for the best crispiness.
Chicken thighs also work really well in this recipe.
Add red pepper flakes if you want a little heat.
Leftovers reheat beautifully in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
