Country Spare Ribs

Method
- Boil the spare ribs in a large pot of water for 45 minutes. Save ½ a cup of broth.
- In butter, sauté the onions. Once sauteed, add the garlic and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, and broth. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Pour the mixture over the ribs. Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes.

Growing up, we served spare ribs with mashed potatoes and green beans or corn. But choose whatever sides work for you. You can’t go wrong!
