Easy Air Fryer Loaded Baked Potatoes

There’s just something comforting about a perfectly baked potato.

Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and piled high with your favorite toppings—it never goes out of style.

The first time I made baked potatoes in the air fryer, I couldn’t believe how much better the skin turned out compared to the oven. It gets wonderfully crispy while the inside stays light and tender, making every bite delicious.

Loaded baked potatoes are also one of my favorite “clean out the fridge” meals. You can keep them simple with butter and cheese or pile them high with bacon, sour cream, green onions, broccoli, shredded chicken, or whatever leftovers you have on hand.

They’re hearty enough to be dinner on their own, but they also make a fantastic side dish for grilled chicken, steak, burgers, or barbecue.

If you’re looking for an easy comfort food recipe that’s simple, customizable, and family-approved, these Air Fryer Loaded Baked Potatoes deserve a spot in your regular meal rotation.
