I’m quickly learning that the best air fryer dinners are the ones that don’t require much thinking.
That’s exactly why these garlic butter chicken bites have become such an easy go-to meal. They’re simple, flavorful, quick to cook, and somehow feel a little more special than the amount of effort they actually take.
This is the kind of dinner that works on those nights when everyone is hungry right now, and I don’t want to deal with a sink full of dishes afterward.
The chicken gets slightly crispy around the edges while staying juicy inside, and the broccoli roasts beautifully right alongside it in the air fryer.
I also love that this meal uses ingredients I usually already have at home, which makes it even easier to throw together on busy evenings.
And yes… lining the basket loosely with foil still might be my favorite air fryer trick 😄
If you’re looking for an easy weeknight dinner that feels simple but still really good, this one is definitely worth adding to your rotation.
