Food Edition: Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

This is another great meal I found on Facebook. It’s quick and easy and can be made in the crockpot in just a few hours.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Enjoy this hearty, creamy pasta dish with garlic, Parmesan, and chicken.

Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Parmesan Garlic Sauce (12 ounces)
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese but into blocks
  • 4 ounces shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces pasta (I used Rotini)

  • Slow cooker

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the entire bottle of Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken.
  2. Fill the empty bottle with milk and shake.
  3. Add milk and remaining sauce to the slow cooker.
  4. Add the cream cheese, cut into blocks.
  5. Add the 4 ounces of parmesan cheese and store everything together to combine and coat the chicken.
  6. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  7. Shred or dice the chicken and return to the slow cooker, and mix to combine in the sauce.
  8. Cook pasta according to package directions and pour cooked pasta into the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
