I’m not a fan of beef stroganoff. Or, I used not to be. Let’s just say this recipe has changed my mind forever. It’s so good! I made a double batch, which wasn’t enough for a family of 5. We devoured it!

Ingredients

2 lb cubed beef stew meat

1 envelope brown gravy mix

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup ginger ale or water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Put beef tips in a 9 x 13 in pan.
  3. Mix all other ingredients very well.
  4. Pour mixture over beef.
  5. Cover with foil very tight. Cook for 3 hours. No peeking!
  6. Remove foil and enjoy! Serve over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
