Food Edition: Japenese BBQ Chicken

So, this recipe is so super simple. But it’s really, really good! And, it’s a perfect meal for a busy week night.

All you need is chicken breast and the Kinder Japenese BBQ marinade.

I use 2-3 lbs of chicken for our 5-member family. That gives my oldest, who’s a soccer player, extra helpings and maybe a leftover meal for me!

Place the chicken in a ziploc bag and pour the Japenese BBQ marinade into the bag. Coat thoroughly.

Cook the chicken breast until done. Then dice up the chicken. Feel free to add more sauce. Pour the chicken over cooked rice of your choice. I prefer white rice but fried rice or brown rice is also a great choice.
