This is a great recipe that I found on Facebook. And it’s so super easy!

Ingredients

6-8 boneless chicken thighs, skinless or with skin

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes or Cayenne (optional)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

4 garlic cloves sliced or minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 stick butter, diced

Zest of one lemon

Juice of one lemon

1/3 cup chicken stock

Chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. place chicken thighs at the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Combine chicken stock, lemon juice, lemon zest, and pour over the chicken thighs.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, crushed red chili flakes, sale, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the mixture over the thighs.
  5. top with fresh minced garlic and diced butter.
  6. Cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.
  7. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
  8. Serve hot with rice, noodles, or quinoa.
