Food Edition: Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

Here’s another new recipe I found on Facebook. I’ve had some pretty good luck with food I find there, and this was no exception. All 3 kids and Mike just loved it! It was such a hit, I thought I’d share the recipe.

Ingredients

3 chicken breasts

20 ounces cream of chicken

16 ounces cooked spaghetti

1 can Rotel

16 ounces shredded Colby Jack cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic (I added extra!)

2 teaspoons paprika

1/4 cup sour cream

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to taste

Optional* 1/2 chopped onion (I did not include this as my kids and I don’t eat onions, sorry honey! I did, however, add onion powder.)

Instructions

Place chicken, cream of chicken, Rotel, minced garlic, onion*, and all seasoning in the crockpot.

Cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken hits 165 degrees.

Remove the chicken and chop or shred to bit sized pieces. Return to crockpot.

Add all cheese, cooked and drained pasta, and sour cream. Stir to combine

Season more as need until it’s to your liking.

Optional – garnish with parsley
