Apparently I’m on an avocado kick becuase this is the second recipe I’ve done in the last few weeks that has avocado in it. But let me tell you, it’s not just easy, but it tastes amazing. I saw this recipe online and just had to try it.
Drain a can of tuna. Any size you want. For my own personal lunch, I just used a normal 5 oz can.
Put the drained tuna into a bowl.
Add some diced avocado. I used a whole one for my meal.
Drizzle some olive oil on top.
Season with your choice of seasonings. I used Flavor Junkie’s All Ya Need Heat. They have regular, too.
Dig in!
Seriously, it’s really that simple. And it’s super delicious. Plus, it filled me up without making me feel hungry or too full. It’s great protein with a wonderful taste.
I’m sure there are other variations and other things you can add. But this simple dish worked just fine for my lunch!
