I know that avocado toast is an easy thing that doesn’t require a recipe. But just in case, here’s a super simple way to eat a delicious and healthy breakfast (or snack!)
Ingredients
2 slices of toast (wheat, sourdough or any toast of your choice)
1 ripe avocado
Everything seasoning (I love using All Ya Need by Flavor Junkie. It comes in Heat, too!)
Directions
Take your toast and spread half the avocado then top with your seasoning. That’s it! Again, I know it sounds simple, but it’s meant to be. Plus, you can add other toppings if you desire.

Other Toppings
Topping choices are endless but here are a few:
- Fried egg
- Hardboiled egg
- Salami
- Cooked bacon
- Cherry tomatoes
- Flavored olive oil
- Smoked salmon & red onions
- Goat cheese & chives
- Radish
- Spinach
