What a great Halloween we had!
Besides Christmas, Halloween is my favorite holiday.
I love decorating, making our house as spooky as possible, and helping the kids pick out glorious costumes. And this year was one of the best.
First of all, the house looks amazing! Braden and Austin did most of the work – thanks boys! And they did such a great job.
Second, the costumes! Austin went as Darth Vader. Braden even let him use his light saver. And Braden went as a killer clown. They were both awesome! Though Devin didn’t join us for trick or treating, he graced us with his presence for a pic. He and his friends went as South Park characters!/i/
Third, our neighborhood did not disappoint! There were tons of people, seemingly more than the previous few years. And so many houses were ready for us all! The kids’ candy haul was huge! I ended up having to carry Austin’s. Needless to say, it was a success.
This Halloween was so much fun. What’s next? Christmas! I know, I know. I’m skipping Thanksgiving. We don’t mean to. Just, the weather and the trips. Gotta get those lights up! I’ll post more about that soon.
